No other company has the same difficulty for their customers to get help. I am even having hell just trying to get technical support. I have not had this problem with any other ULEAD product but I can tell you I will continue trying to get my stolen money back from ULEAD and will never buy or recommend another program from them. I deleted the programs and tried another link but got the same problems then I deleted them again and downloaded the trial but still the same problem. I also PAID for the back up CD ( ha ha ha) but it does the exact same things. I 1st downloaded them from the link emailed to me then tried to install to no avail. 8/10 (230 votes) - Download Ulead Photo Express Free. i have purchased and PAID ulead for these defective programs. Like Argiriosk I have not had the chance to use the activation codes that i have PAID for and I notice that conveniently there has been no responce to your problem.
